Your migraines are real. Your record should be too.
MigraineDoc is a quiet, dark, large-print journal you can use in the middle of an attack — and a report that shows others what those attacks cost you.
Log an episodeWhy I built it
I built MigraineDoc because I live with severe migraines. When you're asked how many days you couldn't function, "a lot" isn't an answer anyone writes down. Most trackers are bright, busy, and need an account — the last thing you can face with your head pounding.
So this one is dark by default, uses big buttons, asks for no sign-in, and keeps every entry on your own device. Logging takes seconds.
What you can track
- Pain level: A 1–10 scale, one slide.
- Symptoms: Aura, nausea, light and sound sensitivity — or type your own.
- Triggers: Stress, lack of sleep, weather, caffeine — or type your own.
- Work impact: Unable to look at screens, unable to drive, confined to a dark room, missed appointments.
- Past episodes: Log yesterday's attack today, with its real date and time.
Why the $4.99 report matters
Doctors see you for fifteen minutes. Disability reviewers see paperwork. A steady, dated log of how often migraines took you out of work and daily life is the kind of evidence that's hard to argue with.
- One clean page, in date order — easy for a doctor, lawyer or reviewer to read.
- Total non-functional days for each month, shown clearly at the top.
- Black on white, built to print or upload to a patient portal.
- Made from your own entries, at the moment they happened — not memory months later.
It's a one-time $4.99 per device — no subscription. Logging, history and pattern review stay free.
MigraineDoc is a record-keeping tool, not medical or legal advice, and it can't promise any claim outcome.

No account, no cloud copy. Your entries stay in this browser — they are only sent out, briefly and unsaved, if you ask Patterns to review them. That also means clearing your browser data erases them — export a report now and then to keep a copy.
